Qualification Requirements: MSCA: Modern Desktop or MTA: Windows OS Fundamentals – Preferred, not required.Exceptional problem-solving skills – Must be able to diagnose, research and implement solutions for a wide variety of novel problems. Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows desktop environments. Understands foundational concepts of networks. Basic scripting knowledge. Customer service experience. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks independently
Provide Tier I support for Microsoft Windows enterprise environment
Communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, both technical and non-technical.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Windows desktop systems
Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
Occasional light scripting
Document problems, steps taken and solutions
